Shipping and Delivery Policy — InviteMitra

1. Nothing is shipped
InviteMitra does not ship any physical items. There is no courier, no tracking number, no delivery address and no shipping charge — ever.
Everything we make is a digital file: an invitation image, an invitation video, and a web link you can share. All of it is delivered over the internet.
If you were expecting a printed card in the post, we do not do that.
2. What you receive, and how

No account is needed. Nothing is emailed to you unless you ask for it. Nothing arrives later.
3. When you receive it
Immediately. Your invitation is generated the moment you ask for it, and for a paid video, the moment payment succeeds.
Generation usually takes under a minute. It can occasionally take a little longer if several invitations are being made at once, in which case the page will keep waiting rather than fail.
Delivery is complete when the file has been generated and made available to you for download or sharing on that page. Whether you then save it, share it, or close the tab is up to you.
Paid downloads are kept indefinitely. Preview links may expire after a short window; save or purchase a download while your invitation is live. A paid file remains on your invitation page for as long as we operate.
4. If it does not arrive
If payment succeeded but no invitation was produced, or the file will not open, email support@invitemitra.com with your invitation link or payment reference.
We will either deliver what you paid for or refund you in full. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Where we deliver
Anywhere with an internet connection. Because nothing is physically shipped, there are no countries we cannot deliver to and no delivery restrictions.
Prices are shown and charged in Indian Rupees.
6. Delivery charges
None. There is no shipping fee, handling fee or delivery charge of any kind. The price shown before you pay is the whole price.
